6mm Red Quartz rounds
Miyuki drop beads in hematite

Small Dodecahedrons:
4mm Hematite rounds
These were called "Pearl Polyhedra" in the Winter 2000 edition of Beadwork Magazine . I added some drop beads at the intersections to cover thread and add a little more dimension.
